Meet Our Team

Administrative Team

This comprises the Board of Directors, the Managing Director, Accountant,

Administration Assistant and the Logistics Officer. The administration is in charge of operations of the company that support the production departments of the company. There are two directors in the company, namely Mr. Geoffrey Gitau and M/s Veronica Muringi. Both of the directors have over 10 years of experience in business management and they are graduate career professionals in different fields. Mr. Gitau is also the Managing Director of the company and is a full time employee with the company since its inception. He is a qualified graduate computer engineer and a holder of PhD in Entrepreneurship (JKUAT).

The Technical team

This department deals in installation of systems, support and warranty. It is in-charge of conducting site surveys for network installation, assessing client requirements for hardware and software systems, implementing Service Level Agreement (SLA) contracts, providing Return Material Authorization (RMA) warranty support and other related services. During Turn Key projects the Technical department may be required to provide extra services such as web design and network applications integration.

Our technical staff attends frequent partner training programs such as training by ISPs, hardware vendors, software vendors, etc. They are qualified in Wimax equipment, APC UPS support, DLINK products, Cisco products...

Sales Team

Our sales department comprises of both permanent employees and sales consultants who act as sales agents for the company. We use direct marketing and customer relations marketing (CRM) to enable us maintain close contact with our clients. Our niche market includes resellers who help us deliver our channel distribution products. We also target specific institutions which meet criteria for capacity to buy and capacity for both up and cross selling so as to maintain repeat business rather than one-off sales. Through our selected resellers we endeavor to create the window for access to the mass market without being involved in the challenges of managing such expansive market. This allows us to provide solid support for our down line team without overstretching our internal capacity. In the event that we are the subordinate partner in channel we seek to understand our relationship and the mutual responsibilities in the partnership to ensure harmony and success. We prefer partnering with organizations that have clear agreements and are reliable in the quality and delivery of their services. This is important to us for it helps us maintain our reputation with the client and also assure us of reliable returns on our investment. The company does not take responsibility for failures of their partners and will promptly advice the client where it detects alerts on a partner’s business practice or product in-availability or inadequacy. Goods sold or supplied remain the property of the company until fully paid for. Any warranty provided rests on the manufacturer and not the company as a vendor. The sales team maintains a database of the clients and profiles their purchase characteristics to enable us project their buying requirements and pro-actively communicate with them from time to time. While we allow credit supply, we insist on proven customer’s profile while all new customers must purchase on cash or cash transfer methods. Delivery of goods does not include courier or shipping costs unless where specified. Any cheques payment deposited to the bank must clear before the goods can be supplied except for reputable institutions who have given a set of their credit referees.
