Today SmartEdge E.A. Ltd is authorized channel distributors for ESET Nod32 antivirus, MindView Matchware Project Management Systems, HP channel partner, Tramigo Asset Trackers (Including Motor Vehicle) and several other cutting edge products. We also have experienced installers of various Internet and networks connectivity equipment such as Wifi, Wimax, WLANs, LANs, Cisco Routers, DTUs, etc. Over the year the company has been contracted to provide Turn Key solutions for clients such a complete package for LAN networking, Internet Installation, Web design, Internet Applications development, and computer hardware and software installation in major projects including Government installations and Private Sector.
SmartEdge (E.A.) Ltd has a fulltime workforce of 15 employees including 5 technicians, among others. We also have other many affiliated sales consultants based in major towns in Kenya who act as our sales agents and frontline response team. Over the years our database has expanded to include ICT resellers, private corporate business, government departments, civil societies and multinationals. Our strength is in network engineering and systems support.
SmartEdge (E.A.) Ltd believes in establishing a strong support center for all our channel partner products. We have a spacious workshop to provide first line of support for our clients warranty and after sale issues. We have also appropriate websites availed to our clients for information queries; such as, www.smartedge.co.ke, www.kenyajournals.com. Our customers are also provided with free telephone support and email support. Onsite support can be provided either on Service Level Agreement Contract (SLA contract) or per visit terms. We also maintain a reliable back office technical support department to handle workshop support issues and warranties
